The Service Plans project focused on improving how users understand and select investment plans across the Interactive Investor platform. I joined the project after initial research and early design exploration had begun, taking ownership of Phase 1 under a tight delivery timeline. I went on to lead the project through to approximately 90% completion, refining the user journey, designing and prototyping key flows across web and app, and aligning the solution with both user needs and business goals.

The primary challenge was taking ownership of an in-flight project with a very short turnaround. I needed to quickly familiarise myself with existing research, designs, and stakeholder expectations while making confident design decisions under pressure. As the project progressed, balancing clarity for users with complex product information and business requirements became increasingly challenging. Presenting my work and interactive prototypes to senior stakeholders and high-level business leaders was a significant personal and professional challenge, requiring clear communication and confidence in my design rationale. The final outcome was a clear, user-focused service plan experience that improved comprehension, comparison, and decision-making. The designs and prototypes were well received by senior stakeholders, who praised the clarity, structure, and usability of the solution. Taking the project from early phase ownership through to near completion strengthened stakeholder confidence and marked this as my largest and most demanding project during the placement.
